Mr. Patterson is a hands-on owner, founder, and builder who grew up on job sites in Wake and Johnston County, learning the construction trade alongside his father from a young age. Having lived and worked in the area his entire life, Garrett has deep local knowledge and a strong commitment to building homes that last because of the trades that work for him.
